This company is active in the industrial and manufacturing sector, delivering premium products and tailored services to clients throughout Europe. Its headquarters are based in Flemish Brabant, where you'll work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Together with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, you'll help ensure seamless coordination between the international account managers and the internal sales team located in Merchtem.

As an Inside Sales Agent your responsibilities are:

• Preparing accurate offers with correct price calculations
• Book orders and guide customers in using the E-Shop
• Collaborating with sales teams located in Belgium and Italy
• Use telesales tools and techniques to manage and grow customer relationships
• Identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities thanks to your strong commercial mindset
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly

Profil

A successful Inside Sales Agent:

• Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A strong commercial mindset and proven background in sales or customer relations
