Legal Consultant - Labour & Employment Law M/V/X

On behalf of our client, a reputable Social Secretariat in the Brussels area, we are looking for a Legal Consultant who will serve as a trusted legal partner to a diverse client portfolio.

• Provide high-level legal advice in the field of Labour and Employment law
• Serve as the go-to legal contact for your assigned client portfolio
• Translate complex legal issues into practical, client-friendly solutions
• Proactively support clients in projects, policy development, and strategic decisions
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable insights
• Identify commercial opportunities and relay leads to relevant internal stakeholders
• Deliver training sessions, attend client meetings, and participate in events and networking opportunities
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and expertise
• Collaborate closely with other teams to provide integrated and high-quality support
• Share your legal knowledge and insights with colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous learning

Profil

• Master's degree in Law, with a strong interest or specialization in Labour and Employment Law
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Client-oriented and results-driven: you anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions
• Strong communicator: clear, assertive, and approachable
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to take ownership of your files and projects
• A real team player with a positive attitude and a sense of initiative
• Fluent in French with a good working knowledge of Dutch and/or English
• Experience or affinity with social dialogue or negotiations is considered a strong plus
