Description de la fonction

Join a team where your SQL Server expertise becomes the driving force behind a major technical transformation. As a senior reference, you'll mentor and uplift DBAs, tackle the most critical performance issues, and help shape the technical vision for the future. You'll contribute to building strong governance frameworks, industrializing Azure SQL DB, migrating over a thousand databases to SQL 2025, and designing a modern automation platform using DevOps, PowerShell, and TerraForm. A role that blends architecture, cloud innovation, performance leadership, mentoring, and strategic decision-making, perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact at scale.
 

Required hard skills

  • Strong SQL Server expertise in critical environments
  • Solid experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure SQL and NoSQL
  • Technical architecture capabilities and experience defining standards
  • Strong diagnostic, optimization, and security skills at system level
  • Good understanding of development (T-SQL, application performance)
