Our client is a leading player in the Belgian real estate market, renowned for its strong well-being culture and the positive atmosphere in its offices. As they continue to grow, they are expanding their team with junior Business Analysts who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow within the role.

• Gather and document business requirements
• Map and improve business processes
• Bridge communication between business and IT
• Support solution design and testing
• Maintain clear project documentation
• Training user and helping on change management initiatives

Profil

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong plus, but not mandatory
• Languages: French and Dutch - fluent; English - strong conversational level
• Team player with excellent communication skills
