For the support of the Finance & Administration department, we are actively looking for a Customer Services and Administration Officer with following profile:
? Obtained degree: You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
? Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written) with a good knowledge of English.
? MS Office: You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook - Excel - Word - PowerPoint)
Job description:
Main tasks:
. As a customer services officer you are the direct contact person for our customers
. Manage and ensure response of all incoming phone calls and customer service inquiries
. Collect all sales orders from customers and introduce those orders in our ERP system (Oracle)
. Responsible for the follow-up of orders from A to Z
. Gather all information necessary to start the return/credit note procedure - complaints
. Manage the commercial conditions granted to specific customers
. Follow-up sale orders issues between us and the warehouse
. Manage the stock loadings for new products
. Responsible for the samples and inventories
. Analyze & report business results and market data to Management
. Deliver administrative support to the Sales Manager - Retail products and Business Lead - Hospital products
. Change or adapt prices in Oracle
. Responsible for certain tasks of the monthly closing process
Profil
Ideal profile:
. You have a first proven experience in a similar role
. You have strong communication skills
. You have a good knowledge of Excel and like working with numbers
. You like to work in team and don't hesitate to help others
. You are not afraid to work in a growing company and a dynamic, changing environment
. You are stress-resistant
. An experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus together with a knowledge of Oracle or other ERP system
