Thanks to their streamlined logistics, they guarantee quality and freshness at every step of the process.

As a Customer Service Assistant your responsibilities are:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
• Assist with general office duties as required.

Profil

A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:

• You have experience in customer service or administrative roles
• You work accurately and can handle a large volume of product information
• You're communicative, client-focused, and solution-oriented
• You're eager to contribute to a company that's modernizing and embracing digital tools
• You speak fluently Dutch/French
