Its IT division plays a strategic role in supporting secure, scalable, and business-critical operations.

• Define and execute the IT operations strategy aligned with business and technology goals
• Lead and inspire teams across Service Desk, System Engineering, DevOps, Database Administration, and Service Delivery Management
• Ensure high availability, performance, and continuity of all IT assets and services
• Oversee incident response, monitoring, and disaster recovery plans
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with group policies and SLAs
• Drive cloud adoption and promote platform-based collaboration for product teams
• Plan capacity, resource allocation, and operational readiness for projects
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation

Profil

• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Previous Experience in Financial Services
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT Operations, including 5+ years in management
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps principles
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex IT environments
• Familiar with ITIL frameworks, agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Spotify model)
• Excellent communication in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus
