Description de la fonction
As a Customer Service Assistant your responsibilities are:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
- Assist with general office duties as required.
Profil
A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
- You have experience in customer service or administrative roles
- You work accurately and can handle a large volume of product information
- You're communicative, client-focused, and solution-oriented
- You're eager to contribute to a company that's modernizing and embracing digital tools
- You speak fluently Dutch/French
