Our client is a growing hotel and hospitality group, managing hotels and group accommodations across Belgium. We specialize in offering tailored stays for (inter)national companies, groups, and event organizers. Our strength lies in flexibility, personal service, and creative solutions.

To support their continued growth, they're looking for a driven Sales Consultant B2B who thrives on action, is not afraid of the phone, and knows how to turn "no" into "maybe" - and "maybe" into "yes".

Description de la fonction

• Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors
• Conduct high volumes of calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Performing on ther Field at companies and organizations in key regions
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or site visits
• Negotiation of contracts to maximize profitability
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups via the CRM
• Provide input to optimize messaging, offers, and targeting strategies

Profil

• You're not afraid to pick up the phone
• Passionate for the Hotel and Hospitality sector
• A first experience in sales or prospecting is a plus, but your drive and attitude matter most
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French, and English
• Hands-on, proactive, and target-oriented
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are comfortable being on the move
• You're based in Belgium and have a valid driver's license (B)
