Job overview
Lead an internal development team in a large digital transformation initiative, overseeing end-to-end IT delivery, service management and team development using Agile and other methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of analysts, architects and developers.
- Monitor project progress, handle escalations and report status to senior management.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure delivery meets time, budget and quality objectives.
- Organize team development activities to maintain skills, engagement and motivation.
- Oversee maintenance and service management of applications in production.
