What You’ll Do:
Efficiently manage the calendars of senior managers, including directors and VPs
Organize and coordinate a variety of events such as meetings (internal and external), conferences, business lunches, conference calls, travel arrangements, project gatherings, and team activities
Act as a communication hub, liaising with both internal colleagues and external partners
Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence to keep information flowing smoothly
Handle day-to-day operational duties such as office supplies inventory, workspace and equipment allocation for team members
Highly organized and an excellent communicator, you excel at juggling multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
A dependable team player who can also work independently, showing initiative when needed
Tech-savvy with solid skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams, and Microsoft Edge
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage
Duration of employment: 6 months, extension possible
Start date: As soon as possible
Work schedule: FT, 80% possible

We’re looking for a proactive Management Assistant to provide essential support to the departmentleaders and ensure seamless daily operations for the team. You’ll play a key role in managing administrative and organizational tasks that keep the department running smoothly.What You’ll Do:

Profil
You hold a bachelor’s degree in office management or a related field and have relevant experience in a similar roleHighly organized and an excellent communicator, you excel at juggling multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
