Description de la fonction

As a Digital Experience Specialist

You will:

  • managing and optimizing digital touchpoints
  • ensuring proper integration of Toyota Insurance Services (TIS) across platforms and channels
  • supporting market rollouts
  • driving data-informed decisions through analytics or user testing

Your responsibilities:

Digital Platform & Website Management

  • Manage insurance-related websites: creation, updates, and content coordination with marketing, agencies, and legal.
  • Ensure compliance with usability and accessibility standards (e.g., EAA).
  • Oversee administration of digital platforms (CMS, consent tools).

Customer Experience

  • Map customer journeys and identify pain points.
  • Facilitate workshops and turn insights into actionable plans.

Analytics & Performance

  • Build dashboards to track KPIs and customer behavior.
  • Conduct performance analysis and benchmarking to support decisions.

Project Management

  • Support launches of insurance solutions across markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely delivery.

Organizational Support

  • Organize meetings and workshops.
  • Ensure documentation and stakeholder communication.

Profil

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • First experience in digital platforms (such as consent management tools, CMS) or website management (blueprinting, site creation)
  • Customer centric mindset & strong service orientation
  • Analytical skills and experience in using digital analytics tools
  • Experience in customer journey mapping
  • Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Independent way of working, determined and assertive, hands-on team player
  • Willingness to identify with the company, its goals and philosophy
