BIM Designer / Revit Specialist M/V/X

Our client is a mid-sized, family-oriented company active in the construction supply industry, with a strong presence in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Known for its rapid delivery model and personalized client support, the company is expanding its BIM capabilities to meet growing market demand. Therefore, they are seeking a Revit Designer with strong technical expertise and client-facing soft skills.

Description de la fonction

• Integrate Revit families into client plans and design structural supports
• Perform technical calculations and generate material take-offs
• Conduct on-site demonstrations of Revit tools (1-2 per month)
• Advise clients on Revit usage and BIM strategy implementation
• Collaborate with internal BIM and IT teams to improve plug-ins and tools
• Track project progress and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Support clients in becoming autonomous with Revit-based solutions

Profil

• Minimum one experience with Revit or other BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Allplan, Catia, or similar)
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for client advisory
• Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn HVAC concepts if needed
• No formal degree required-skills and mindset matter most
