Our OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen its team. What you'll be doing As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the strategic link between Aisin Corporation and a major European OEM. You'll lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top-tier; all while driving business growth and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading commercial negotiations aligned with Aisin's business strategy Translating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams Managing and coordinating automotive projects Monitoring customer KPIs and driving improvement plans Preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets Coaching and developing a Key Account Coordinator Continuously learning and participating in internal/external training

Profil
Must-Haves: University degree (preferably in business/sales) Solid experience in OEM Sales (5+ years) Strong negotiation and project coordination skills Fluent in English Detail-oriented and organized Willingness to travel occasionally Nice-to-Haves: Working knowledge of French Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & OutlookCompétences linguistiques
