Description de la fonction

Our client is a leading provider of repair services to insurance companies, offering a hassle-free solution to disasters such as water damage and broken windows. They are committed to providing a personalized and seamless customer experience. To improve this customer experience, they are looking for a Business Analyst capable of intervening on various aspects within the company.

You play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various platforms, including their CRM and portals. Your primary responsibility is to develop a clear vision for these platforms and create a well-defined development roadmap that prioritizes tasks effectively. Moreover, you will translate business requirements into actionable IT requirements that align with our client' growth strategy and vision: 

Customer Experience

  • You'll work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to understand customer perspectives and translate them into IT requirements (team of 4 persons).
  • You'll continually seek to improve their tools and platforms to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • You'll regularly communicate with internal and external end-users to fully understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements.


Business Analyst

  • You proactively track project progress to identify upcoming IT requirements.
  • You facilitate the translation of business requirements into IT requirements, working closely with the development team.
  • You participate in workshops and meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of project needs.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for both IT development teams and internal stakeholders regarding IT questions.
  • You conduct testing of developed IT stories before release.
  • You lead the final sign-off process with internal stakeholders before going live.

  • Your exceptional communication skills allow you to efficiently capture the needs of all stakeholders and translate them into IT requirements.
  • You have experience as business analyst of minimum 5 years.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a good understanding of IT technologies and architecture.
  • You can make well-informed decisions that prioritize the most important needs and actions, and proactively communicate about them.
  • You are continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and are receptive to feedback.
  • You possess excellent time-management skills and are able to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • You are highly autonomous, take initiatives, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and understand the importance of teamwork for achieving common goals.
  • You have experience in defining clear IT requirements in the form of features and user stories.
  • You have experience in application testing, including creating and executing test plans and scenarios.
  • You have expertise in Dynamics 365, Azur DevOps or Power BI is a plus.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, and proficiency in English is a plus.
