Jobomschrijving

As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities are:

  • Provide professional customer service support to b2b clients within the technology industry.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage order processing and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to address their needs.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for the customer service team.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements within the department.

Profil

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

  • Experience or interest in a Customer Service B2B role.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
