Key tasks & responsibilities: As an intern in the IT department at Robert Bosch in Brussels, you will participate in and take responsibility for various tasks and projects, including: Assist in daily IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting on-site technical needs Participate actively in the on-site team operations, contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solving Take the lead on small IT projects Support daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITE Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, project management, and customer loyalty initiatives within a leading global technology company. You will develop valuable skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and technical proficiency while contributing to the success of Bosch's digital initiatives.

Profil

Required: Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization ICT is not required but advantageous) Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project management Excellent administrative and communication skills Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Application Process: We are looking forward to receiving your application via email in English.
