API Integration Architect M/V/X

For a large international financial services organisation, we are looking for an API Integration Architect who will take ownership of enterprise-wide integration architecture.

You will act as the architectural authority when it comes to:

• API strategy & lifecycle
• Integration patterns
• Security standards (OAuth2 / OpenID Connect)
• Tooling & technology choices across teams

You will work closely with development teams, security, data, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure and future-proof integrations.

Profil

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, integration or solution architecture
• Strong background in API Design & Integration Architecture
• Deep expertise in OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO integrations (cross-platform)
• Experience with microservices integration.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems
  • Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, webhooks
• Strong knowledge of cloud & hybrid environments
  • Azure, AWS
• Experience with data integration & synchronization
  • SQL, relational databases, ETL processes, SSIS
• Familiar with data governance and integration best practices
• Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments
