Support Engineer - About the job

• Serve as the main contact for internal ICT questions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and identification documents.
• Deploy and configure hardware and IT equipment.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems and servers.
• Support new IT system rollouts, testing, and upgrades.

• Suggest improvements and adopt emerging technologies.

   

Profil

Support Engineer - About you

• Motivated, solution-oriented ICT professional.
• Strong in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, Windows Server (2016-2022).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
• Basic understanding of networking and API Management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint.
• Works independently and collaborates well in teams.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
