Operating in a complex and asset-intensive environment, this organization plays a key role in managing and optimizing large-scale telecommunications infrastructure. In this role, Senior Financial Business Partner, you will lead and coordinate comprehensive controlling activities while acting as a trusted financial partner to the business. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end controlling activities, including business controlling, cost controlling, and financial reporting
• Defining and driving the annual controlling roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and effective execution throughout the year
• Leading the budgeting process, forecast cycles, and multi-year financial planning in close collaboration with finance stakeholders
• Supporting the monthly closing process in coordination with accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying variances versus targets, and proposing corrective actions to senior management
• Designing and maintaining management and operational reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews
• Contributing as a financial expert to strategic and cross-functional projects through robust financial analysis and business cases

Profil

The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a strategic and business-oriented mindset. You bring the following qualifications and skills:

• A university degree or equivalent professional experience, with 8-10 years in a similar controlling or finance business partner role
• Strong expertise in accounting, financial analysis, planning, and controlling
• Solid understanding of process analysis tools and methodologies
• Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and understand their financial implications
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a pragmatic, results-driven approach
• Capacity to translate operational drivers into relevant financial KPIs
• A broad, strategic "helicopter view" while remaining attentive to operational details
