Our client is a well-established international organization operating in the investment and asset management sector, with a strong presence across Europe. The firm emphasizes governance, financial transparency, and continuous operational improvement.

• Ensure robust financial controls, accurate accounting records, and asset protection
• Oversee monthly management reporting and quarterly group financial submissions
• Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the region
• Manage statutory accounts, board reporting, and local management reporting
• Own the integrity, accuracy, and controls of the general ledger and accounting systems
• Implement new accounting standards in line with group and regulatory requirements
• Drive finance process optimization, efficiency improvements, and system enhancements
• Act as a primary finance contact for group teams, auditors, and tax specialists
• Support governance bodies including boards, executive committees, and control forums
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including internalization of outsourced services

Profil

• Certified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise
• Proven experience in investment management or financial services
• Strong ability to balance operational tasks with complex projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on leader with a collaborative mindset
