A key player in the automotive logistics landscape is seeking an Operations - Warehouse Manager to take charge of critical distribution activities. You will lead and develop a team of frontline managers across day and night shifts, driving performance, people development, and operational excellence. Based in South of Antwerp, the role supports multi-country operations and offers the chance to make a visible impact in a fast-moving environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Lead and coordinate frontline managers overseeing a sizable operational workforce. Steer performance through clear objectives and structured follow-up. Anticipate operational risks and implement improvement initiatives. Drive operational efficiency while maintaining strong cost control. Ensure a safe, compliant and structured working environment. Monitor operational KPIs and initiate corrective actions when needed. Ensure timely availability of goods in line with operational and customer commitments. Contribute to performance reviews, reporting and continuous improvement. Optimize workforce planning and resource allocation based on activity levels.

Profil

About you: Degree in engineering, logistics or operations management Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop operational teams Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Clear and confident communication in a bilingual professional setting (French/Dutch) Familiarity with operational systems and performance indicators
