Description de la fonction

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and ICT contracts, including cloud and outsourcing agreements
• Be the lead legal counsel on AI projects
  
• Provide legal advice on commercial law and ICT-related matters
• Advise on GDPR compliance and manage data protection agreements
• Maintain and update privacy statements and internal policies
• Support incident response for data breaches and collaborate with DPO and ISO teams
• Monitor and interpret new regulations (DORA, AI Act, cybersecurity) and assess impact on operations
• Ensure compliance with EU and Belgian laws in ICT and digital services

Profil

• Belgian Master's degree in law
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience specializing in ICT law, data protection, and commercial contracting
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Tech-savvy with interest in emerging technologies
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
