Lead functional analysis for payroll software projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize solutions, and ensure quality delivery."

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional specifications for payroll projects in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Estimate workload for required features and coordinate planning with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize existing software and define test scenarios, prepare test data, and validate implementations against specifications.
• Support development and service desk teams and ensure comprehensive project documentation.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of the software department.
