Description de la fonction

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Pastry Commis Chef to join our team. Under the supervision of the Pastry Chef, you will take part in the preparation and creation of our desserts and pastries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation of doughs, creams, fillings, and desserts
• Participate in plating and mise en place
• Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of the workstation
• Receive and store deliveries and supplies

TALENT PROFILE

Experience: Proven experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Training in pastry or culinary arts is an asset
• Beginners are welcome if highly motivated
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Fast, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• A true passion for pastry
