Description de la fonction
My client is an international Law Firm located in the city center of Brussels.This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who is interested in developing a career in HR within a fast-paced, professional legal environment.

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing offer documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for attorneys and staff, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and personnel files
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employment and attendance data
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and firm policies
Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner
Assist with performance review cycles, training coordination, and internal HR communications
Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and calendar management
Profil
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- English native level and French or Dutch knowledge
1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
Basic knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
