Responsibilities

• Drive the project's daily execution, ensuring smooth coordination across all involved parties throughout its entire lifecycle.
  
• Manage the initiative from initial concept to final delivery, overseeing key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall business impact.
  
• Ensure outcomes meet agreed quality standards and are delivered within approved timeframes and budgets, in accordance with relevant governance and delivery frameworks.
  
• Provide leadership to the project team by guiding, motivating, and constructively challenging contributors to achieve defined objectives.
  
• Proactively monitor and address risks and issues, defining mitigation actions and escalating critical items when required.
  
• Control project changes by assessing, approving, and tracking modifications related to scope, budget, timelines, or objectives.
  
• Produce and communicate periodic progress reports to key stakeholders and decision-making bodies.
  
• Define and maintain project standards by establishing quality objectives, governance arrangements, processes, and accountability.
  
• Trigger and coordinate project activities through agreed governance, review, and approval mechanisms.
  
• Structure and oversee end-to-end planning, ensuring effective management of interdependencies, milestones, and impacts.
  
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure operational considerations are anticipated and fully integrated into the delivery.
  
• Compile post-delivery documentation, including implementation reviews, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience within a large organization, preferably within the financial industry
  
• Experience managing initiatives involving business processes, procedures, controls, and performance metrics.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple end-to-end projects in parallel
  
• You are familiar with a range of Information Security technologies, infrastructure, processes and services in domains especially IAM.
