Our Central Sales Admin department is looking for a Sales Admin & Delivery Supervisor to take the lead in coordinating the full administration and delivery process for new and used vehicles across retail, TME, fleet, and dealer channels. In this role, you will ensure timely deliveries, safeguard a seamless customer experience, and support the performance and development of our Sales Admin & Delivery team within a dynamic multinational environment.
What you'll do:
- Drive business performance by managing accurate and seamless administration of all vehicles scheduled for delivery, covering the entire process from start to finish.
- Coordinate the planning and scheduling of vehicle deliveries to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Provide operational support and act as a backup for the entire Sales Admin & Delivery team, including both Used Cars and New Cars departments.
- Serve as the sales planning and logistics expert for assigned dealer sites, including IMC, Toyota City, and Lexus Inchcape Retail locations.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Admin & Delivery team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Profil
- Experience in and administrative role with customer contacts.
- Experience in people management
- Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word). Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Navision - Incadea) is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Being a dynamic team player who can act and think proactively
- Accurate and organized
