The client is a leading European B2B distribution group operating in a complex, multi-country environment with strong local entities and a focus on performance, structure, and value creation.

Description de la fonction

• Define and drive the assortment strategy for your product portfolio.
• Own revenue, margin, and overall business performance of the portfolio.
• Analyze category results and implement concrete action plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, increasing ownership and maturity.
• Work cross-functionally with Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Data, and support functions to align business priorities.

Profil

• Proven experience in category management, product management, or business management within a B2B distribution environment.
• Strong business mindset with solid analytical and performance management skills.
• Demonstrated people management experience with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and drive results in evolving environments.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a strong asset.
