Project & Process Engineer - Industrial Site M/V/X

Our client is a global leader in connecting, fixing, lifting, and anchoring technology for the construction industry. Part of a major international group, they operate across 60 locations worldwide and contribute to some of the most sustainable and cutting-edge building projects globally, including the Paris Metro Rail project, the Burj Khalifa, and the Kennedy Space Centre.

• Develop and implement the CI program in consultation with site managers.
• Ensure follow-up and successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Lead multiple projects, both large and small, from design to execution.
• Craft custom solutions and provide expert insights to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Develop, layout, and optimize industrial processes.
• Collect and analyze data to design, test, and implement new or improved processes.
• Support CI projects and Kaizen initiatives on-site.
• Implement best practices from other sites and help transition to Industry 4.0.
• Contribute to automation projects and build stability and productivity on critical machines.
• Supervise operational and CI projects from start to finish with the site team.
• Deliver training related to Kaizen, VSM, and CI methodologies.

Profil

• Engineering degree.
• Proven experience in process improvement, Lean tools, and project management.
• ERP systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with drawing packages and programming tools for robotics.
• Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong analytical skills, technical insight, and ability to work under deadlines.
