As the business continues its rapid growth, they are seeking a motivated ICT Administrator to work closely with the IT Manager and play a key role in managing and evolving the IT infrastructure.

ICT Administrator - What's the job about

• Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless operation of laptops, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, and cloud services.
• Manage IT security, compliance, and documentation while promoting best practices and user awareness.
• Assist with equipment deployment, lifecycle management, and end-user training to optimize technology adoption.

• Collaborate with the ICT manager on system improvements and deliver exceptional technical support across all company offices.

   

Profil

ICT Administrator - Who are you

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in technical roles.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Resourceful with a "Swiss knife" mindset, able to handle diverse challenges effectively.
• Responsible, motivated, and customer-focused, delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently, fluent in English and French or Dutch.
