• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
• Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation.

Profil

A successful Customer Service professional should have:

• An excellent level of Dutch and French,
• A minimum secondary degree in education.
• Previous experience in Customer Service roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and systems.
• A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
