For a company in Diegem specialized in innovative digital solutions, we are looking for an Associate Product Specialist

You will manage second-line support cases for assigned products and services in a business-to-business environment.

You will collaborate closely with fellow specialists and the R&D team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

A typical day includes investigating and diagnosing tickets, documenting solutions, and maintaining internal and external knowledge bases.

You are flexible to successfully complete various projects and work accurately and customer-focused, even in challenging situations.

Profil

You have a valid higher education diploma in an IT-related field.

You have or are willing to obtain a basic safety certificate (VCA).

You have or are willing to obtain certification related to ITIL processes.
