To support the continued growth of our Accounts team, we are recruiting a Shop Visit Support Officer whose responsibilities include:

• Prepare and provide administrative support for jet engine shop visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Collect and coordinate information from customers and subcontractors to enable efficient administrative follow-up of cases.

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem and Steenokkerzeel, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. The company is a key player in the integrated CFM international MRO network. With more than 75 years of experience, and up to 20 international Part 145 certifications (EASA/ FAA/ CAAC/ .), Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is recognized as a worldwide center of expertise in the air transport industry. Your role:
Customer Communication

• Manage the exchange of administrative information with customers before, during, and after Jet Engine Shop Visits.
• Request and process necessary documentation for Jet Engine Shop Visits.

Administrative Case Management

• Ensure traceability of parts and prepare LLP sheets.
• Compile, archive, and share repair records.
• Create and update the Bill of Work (BOW) and provide inspection reports.

ERP & Logistics

• Set up projects in SAP and handle customer orders per contractual terms.
• Organize transport for engines, parts, and materials, including off-site repairs.

Profil

Your profile:

• You hold at least a high school diploma; a professional bachelor's degree is a plus.
• You have preferably a basic understanding of jet engines, or are willing to develop this knowledge.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch, French, and English.
• You are well organized, with strong planning and coordination skills.
• You work accurately and methodically, with a strong eye for detail.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit. Please note that we do not provide assistance with visa or permit applications.
