As a Marketing & Communication Manager your responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials and content.
• Manage relationships with media and stakeholders to enhance the organization's visibility.
• Coordinate events and campaigns to promote the organization's mission and activities.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative marketing techniques.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Profil

A successful Marketing & Communication Manager should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven expertise of min. 5 years in a similar position.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in crafting and executing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• A creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Dutch speaker, English fluent and good understanding of French.
