Our client is seeking a SharePoint analyst who will work closely with the business. Ready for a new challenge?

• Manage SharePoint sites, folder structures, and access rights.
• Support and advise teams in the use of SharePoint for projects, audits, and compliance purposes.
• Maintain and manage project documentation within SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date content.
• Test new SharePoint functionalities, provide structured feedback to the IT department, and guide end users.
• Document processes and use SharePoint as a collaboration and knowledge-sharing platform.
• Create, maintain, and update manuals, forms, and internal communications via SharePoint.

Profile

• Proven experience working with SharePoint (site management, permissions, document libraries).
• Strong understanding of collaboration tools and document management best practices.
• Experience supporting users and teams in a corporate or project-based environment.
• Ability to structure, maintain, and improve documentation and processes.
• Comfortable testing new functionalities and working closely with IT teams.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, great understanding of the other language
