Description de la fonction
As a Sales Support, your responsibilities are:
- Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with pricing, quotes, contract proposals, and forecasting to ensure competitive offerings.
- Order Management & Optimizing Solutions: Oversee and track orders, ensuring timely delivery, resolving any order discrepancies or delivery issues, and addressing customer inquiries promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints effectively, providing quick resolutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Account Planning & Pricing: Assist with account planning, pricing strategies, and update the CRM with market insights to support sales objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards, maintaining high-quality operations in all order processing and sales support tasks.
- KPI Achievement: Work towards achieving KPIs related to sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, close deals, and provide operational support.
Profil
A successful Sales Support should have:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues fluently in Dutch, English, and French.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- A customer-focused, proactive mindset, with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- A dynamic, solution-oriented approach, able to prioritize tasks and work independently while being a team player.
