Our client is an international banking group with a rapidly growing Wealth Management team. Over the past four years, the business has scaled significantly. They offer solutions supported by a global network, strong investment banking capabilities, and an open-architecture model providing independent, high-quality advisory services.

Description de la fonction

• Develop and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive hunting
• Leverage global banking, corporate, and investment banking expertise to address complex client needs
• Offer tailored wealth planning, investment, lending, and structuring solutions
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, executives, and wealthy families
• Collaborate with internal experts across international offices to deliver cross-border solutions
• Ensure best-in-class client experience through open-architecture advisory and high service quality
• Contribute to the expansion of the Wealth Management presence in regions such as Limburg, Leuven, Kortrijk, and Roeselare

Profil

• Proven track record in Wealth Management, Private Banking, M&A, Family Office, or related fields
• Strong hunter mindset and extensive network within the entrepreneurial community
• Ability to attract new wealthy clients and convert leads into long-term relationships
• Deep understanding of complex financial needs and sophisticated investment solutions
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and motivated to build a portfolio from the ground up
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch; French is an asset
• High integrity, discretion, and client-centricity
