Our client is looking to strengthen its internal Compliance team. This team plays a key role in:

• Managing and monitoring Compliance policies,
• Preventing money laundering and terrorism financing (AML/CFT),
• Data protection (GDPR),
• As well as first-line controls on a variety of topics (insurance distribution, AML, FATCA/CRS, taxation, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

As a Compliance Officer (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to:

• Organize and participate in first-line controls related to intermediary due diligence.
• Contribute to internal control assignments (AML, taxation, annual product review).
• Draft and follow up the quarterly Compliance report by analyzing and consolidating key information.
• Take part in cross-functional company projects, in collaboration with many colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.

Profil

Your profile:

• Master's of Laws
• Minimum 4 year experience in financial compliance, ideally within the Banking & Insurance sector control.
• Dutch native (or equivalent) ; very good English level ; good French level
• Rigour, autonomy, and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
