Our customer is a top-tier international professional services firm advising organizations on strategy, operations, and transformation.


Jobomschrijving

As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

- Advising employees and managers on employment conditions, policies, and people topics

- Managing absences, sensitive cases, and individual situations

- Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes

- Managing day-to-day benefits administration and platforms

- Acting as the key liaison with brokers, insurers, and external providers

- Coordinating renewals, supplier reviews, and contractual changes

- Driving internal communication, awareness campaigns, and onsite wellbeing initiatives

- Partnering closely with Finance and Tax teams to ensure payroll integration and compliance

- Implementing digital HR tools (e.g., AI chatbots, automation, platforms)

Profil

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

- You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role including both Soft & Hard HR responsibilities in a professional services environment

- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation

- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills

- You are fluent in French or Dutch and English (both oral and written)

- Proven experience managing employee benefits and external vendors required
