Context


We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a new strategic customer loyalty initiative within the retail sector, including the development of a web platform and a mobile application.
The role is strongly business- and marketing-oriented, with a focus on customer engagement, Omnichannel experience, and value creation.

Mission

  • Manage digital projects related to customer loyalty and retail marketing
  • Drive projects end-to-end: ideation, planning, execution, go-live, and follow-up
  • Ensure delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Coordinate marketing, business, IT, and external partners
  • Manage risks, changes, and dependencies
  • Lead testing phases and user acceptance with business teams
  • Ensure alignment with PMO standards and governance
  • Customer & Marketing Focus
  • Translate retail marketing and loyalty strategies into digital solutions
  • Work on customer journeys, Omnichannel engagement, and mobile usage
  • Actively propose improvements to enhance customer experience and retention

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or IT project management
  • Strong experience in retail digital projects (web and mobile)
  • Background in customer loyalty, CRM, or marketing platforms
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and modern digital ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, customer-centric, and results-oriented mindset
