As a Proximus Graduate, you will be immersed in a dynamic program that blends business acumen with technological expertise. This unique mixture allows to shape a safe & digital society while working in an inspiring, supporting & Agile environment. The program provides you the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, taking end-to-end responsibilities & increasing your visibility within the company. You'll rotate through 3 different Business units, each for 8 months, gaining a 360° view of our operations & activities.

Your focus will be on either improving the customer experience, driving marketing transformation, contributing to strategic orientations, or helping us achieve our Sustainability objectives. Alternatively, you may choose to tackle the challenges of 5G, Fibre, IT or Cybersecurity within our Tech departments within the Proximus Group. All this along with a Personalized Growth Plan and mentoring by our Graduate community, Senior Managers & Experts. By taking on 3 assignments in 3 different Business Units, you directly get a unique overview of Belgian's largest technology and telecom group.

Profil

Your profile

• You hold a Master degree (Graduation 2026) with a focus on Business, Strategy, IT, Engineering, Finance. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds: we believe in fostering a multidisciplinary & inclusive environment.
• You possess a genuine interest in our activities & a strong passion for innovation & technology.
• You are fluent in either Dutch or French, along with an excellent command of English, enabling effective communication in a multicultural environment.
• You are eager to learn & invest yourself fully in the Program, embracing the opportunities & the challenges it offers.
• You thrive in Agile work settings where collaboration & adaptability are valued.
