Our client is a professional services company with a significant presence in the industry. It is a well-established organization known for delivering high-quality solutions to its clients.


Jobomschrijving

  • Drives the department to meet the overall KPIs by coaching, evaluating and motivating;
  • Executes business strategy in line with guidance set out by management;
  • Works in close cooperation with the supervisors but also local management;
  • Checks the workload, planning and productivity of each team member;
  • Train team members in accordance with company policies and ensure internal procedures are followed;
  • Manage full client's portfolio through expertise and team management in close collaboration with the team.
  • Global review of the firm's clients' accounts
  • Review of periodical reporting's and annual accounts;
  • Review of VAT & tax returns;
  • Review of reporting's according to Belgian Standards or IFRS understands;
  • Coordination and follow up client audits;
  • Manage the customer relationship and expectations, handle complaints/escalations to ensure regular communication with clients
  • Preparation of commercial services offers (fee proposals);
  • Coordinates the onboarding of new clients;
  • Based on his/her deep knowledge of procedures and systems drives standardisation and process improvements.

Profil

  • Dutch or French mother tongue;
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1/C2);
  • Bachelor in Accounting - Master in Tax or equivalent;
  • Member of the ITAA (Belgian Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants);
  • At least 5 years of experience in outsourcing firms or multinational environment;
  • At least 5 years of experience in coaching other staff members and managing team members;
  • Strong people management skills and team player;
  • Engages and builds credibility;
  • Maintains good relationships with clients and at all levels top and down across the Group;
  • Creates and drives team success;
  • Ability to meet high quality standards;
  • Problem solving and hands on attitude;
  • Puts colleagues / clients at the centre of everything they do to ensure a positive experience;
  • Role model for the team, appropriate work ethic;
  • Generates and implements ideas for improvement.
