Take the lead as Head of Daily Banking and Payment Products in Antwerp and drive the strategy for everyday banking and payment solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. This is a role where your decisions directly shape the customer experience, combining strategic thinking, innovation, and team leadership.

Your responsibilities as a Head of Daily Banking and Payment Products : Define and implement the product, pricing, and service strategy for daily banking and payments Ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels through efficient and agile processes Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while promoting continuous improvement Oversee change initiatives, coordinate projects, and manage budgets to deliver results Monitor operational capacity, analyze performance data, and report timely and accurately to achieve KPIs and business plan targets

About you : You are analytical, results-driven, and put customers at the center of every decision You thrive in complex, fast-changing environments You communicate clearly and openly, balancing listening and influencing to turn challenges into solutions You have deep experience in daily banking and payments and a proven track record in project and program management You possess strong leadership skills and experience managing teams You excel at planning and organizing to meet deadlines and budgets You are fluent in Dutch and English
