The client is a beauty retailer which operates more ta lot of countries.

It offers an extensive portfolio of brands and driven by innovation and customer engagement.


They are looking for a Retail Manager to manage the store network.


Jobomschrijving

The District Manager will have the following responsibilities :

  • Full steering of the store network to ensure commercial performance and achievement of targets.
  • In-depth P&L management, including profitability, margins, payroll costs, productivity, and operational expenses.
  • Monitoring of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average basket, sales index, units per transaction, perfect basket, and market share.
  • Daily field presence with regular store visits, on-the-ground support, and team development.
  • Recruitment activities, conducting individual interviews, regular check-ins, and upskilling of teams.
  • Guaranteeing operational excellence, including safety standards, processes, shrink management, and execution of the retail commercial calendar.
  • Analysis of brand performance, administrative management, and reporting workflows.

Profil

  • Similar previous experience managing a store network
  • Retail experience and genuine interest in the beauty universe.
  • A challenger mindset with a passion for people, collaboration, and team development.
  • Strategic thinker able to navigate ambiguity and understand business challenges.
  • Open personality, dynamic, proactive, analytical and action-oriented.
  • French fluency required with a good level of Dutch.
