Our client operates as a technology-forward financial institution headquartered in Brussels, serving retail and investment banking customers through online platforms. The organisation emphasises digital and data capabilities to reshape financial services and customer self-service

• Define and refine program vision, scope & objectives aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Maintain end-to-end program roadmap across multiple related projects.
• Establish and operate governance, reporting and risk management frameworks.
• Lead steering committees and coordinate escalation paths.
• Manage external partner delivery against scope, timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal divisions (IT, Risk, Compliance, HR).
• Translate business priorities into data, analytics and platform solutions.
• Plan and monitor execution of cross-functional workplans.
• Support integration of core technologies (e.g., data platforms, analytics, productivity tools).
• Lead change management and user adoption of AI and analytic tools.

Profil

• 7+ years program and portfolio management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven capability in data & analytics leadership, including roadmap and strategy execution.
• Strong track record driving change and adoption of technology platforms.
• Comfortable with multiple delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, SAFe, etc.).
• Practical understanding of Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Experienced managing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
• Excellent structured communication across tactical and executive levels.
• Awareness of data governance, privacy and compliance in regulated sectors.
