Culligan is the global market leader in sustainable water solutions. In Belgium, we support hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses with highquality, filtered drinking water and water solutions that enhance guest experience, service quality, and sustainability. To strengthen our growth within the horeca market, we are looking for a commercial professional with experience in F&B or servicedriven sales in the horeca sector.
Your role
As a Sales Development Representative - Horeca, you focus exclusively on hotels and restaurants. You speak daily with hotel managers, F&B managers, restaurant owners, and chefs, and you understand their operational reality: service, experience, quality, and efficiency.
You are not selling a "product," but an enhanced guest experience, with a strong focus on:
- Water quality at the table
- Faster and more efficient service in both front and back of house
- Sustainable, plasticfree solutions
- Consistent quality for F&B operations
You actively build new customer relationships and turn your horeca experience and commercial mindset into longterm partnerships.
Your responsibilities
- Actively prospecting within the horeca sector (hotels, restaurants, chains, and independent venues)
- Identifying and approaching decision makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and on-site visits
- Adapting to the specific nature of horeca (flexible hours, service-oriented approach)
- Detecting commercial needs and translating them into concrete Culligan solutions (water coolers, filtered table water, sustainable alternatives to bottled water)
- Independently building and managing your own customer portfolio
- Negotiating and closing contracts
- Following up leads and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
- Actively contributing to Culligan's growth within the Belgian horeca market
Profil
Your profile
- Experience in F&B, horeca, or serviceoriented sales is a must
- Commercial experience within hotels, restaurants, or catering
- Strong understanding of how horeca operates (service, peak hours, decision processes)
- Strong hunter mentality and energy for prospecting
- Resilient and not discouraged by a first "no"
- Resultsdriven, structured, and autonomous
- Strong command of Dutch, French, and English
- Flexibility to work according to the rhythm of the horeca sector
