Jobomschrijving

As a Freelance Head of Customer Service your responsibilities are:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for training and development within the team.

Profil

A successful Freelance Head of Customer Service should have:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service Management
  • Strong people management skills (international team management)
  • Experience in export environments with complex customs regulations
  • English mandatory (international / English-speaking team) - Spanish is a plus
  • Structured, diplomatic profile able to manage sensitive situations
