Description de la fonction

  • Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient, and safe delivery of engineering and technical services across the site.
  • Manage engineering service providers and suppliers in collaboration with procurement teams.
  • Oversee infrastructure maintenance, utilities, and engineering operations, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery (24/7).
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Engineering SOPs, ensuring regular training and operational compliance.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs using CMMS tools, ensuring data accuracy and asset reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain long-term capital and infrastructure investment plans, aligned with site leadership priorities.
  • Maintain clear ownership of critical systems (electrical, thermal, pressure systems, life safety).
  • Support implementation of Health, Safety, Environment & Risk policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to technical delivery of capital projects and new technology deployments.
  • Monitor and control engineering budgets, maintenance costs, and spare parts management.
  • Identify and implement energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, internal, and client-specific quality and safety standards.
  • Actively participate in audits, governance meetings, and quality assurance programs.
  • Foster a strong "One Team" culture across employees, contractors, and client stakeholders.

Profil

  • Strong technical background in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems).
  • Proven experience in technical operations, facilities management, or engineering leadership roles.
  • Excellent leadership, prioritisation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, assess risk, and translate insights into practical actions.
  • Experience working in critical or high-availability environments.
  • Strong safety mindset with hands-on knowledge of HS&E frameworks.
  • Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch or French.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools such as BMS, CMMS, ticketing, and financial systems.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and resilient, with a continuous improvement mindset.
