Our Brussels office employs 70 lawyers and 30 support staff. Our Brussels office is seeking a Junior Accountant.
Main responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivables (AR)
Handling client sales invoices, checking whether payments have been correctly received on the bank account (bank reconciliation), and preparing sales invoices based on the lawyers' recorded activities.
- Accounts Payable (AP)
Processing all incoming invoices and expenses, ensuring each purchase invoice is booked to the correct general ledger account.
- Montly and Year-end closing
Supporting the monthly and annual closing processes, including VAT declarations. This includes reviewing all bookings and making corrections where needed.
- VAT Listing (B2B)
Preparing the annual B2B VAT listing.
- General Administrative Support
Managing the shared mailbox and handling finance-related emails.

Profil
- A bachelor or graduaat degree in Accountancy, with an initial experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of Dutch
- Good command of French and English.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
